Who we are

Data we collect
- Contact data — first & last name, email, company, website, country (via the “Book a Free Scan” form).
- Service data — the information you provide so we can scope a scan or service.
- Technical data — basic device and interaction data (e.g., IP address, browser type) if analytics are enabled.
How we use data
- To respond to enquiries and schedule discovery meetings.
- To provide, maintain and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and improving services.
- Contract for delivering paid services you ask us to perform.
- Consent where required (e.g., marketing emails).
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted processors (e.g., ticketing, CRM, communications) under contracts that require confidentiality and security.
International transfers
If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as ICO-approved IDTA/UK Addendum or SCCs.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner, and client records as required by law and contracts.

- Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable).
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption where feasible, and least-privilege principles.

By default, this site does not require cookies beyond strictly necessary operations. If we enable analytics or marketing, we will display a consent banner and honour your choices.
